11 HELSINKI-TALLINN TRANSPORT & PLANNING SCENARIOS Provide new knowledge and analysis on the Helsinki-Tallinn twin-city region and its transport system by linking academic research with public and private actors. Using scenario methods assess most feasible future transport systems and modes of transport for the H-T twin-city region. End up to common understanding on preferred road-map and strategic joint projects.
