1 Project Narrative Park at Fifth Street Submitted by: The Providence Group Date: 5/31/2018 The Providence Group is resubmitting a previously approved Design Review Submittal for Park at Fifth Street (Zoning # 2016 PUD-02). The unit count, site conditions, site plan, amenity plan, landscape plans, signage and fencing plans remain unchanged from the previously approved application. This application seeks only to modify the plans and elevations to a more upscale modern architecture that will be more consistent with the surrounding land use. The newly proposed plans will be four stories in height with roof top decks. The architecture is modern and mixes brick with board and batten elements which is consistent with the zoning conditions approved for this site. The plans include four sides architecture with decorative details on front, side and rear elevations to improve the overall aesthetics for the site. The building footprints and unit count are consistent with the previous submittal; however, the floorplans have been modified to include an optional elevator, sq. ft. of heated space and roof top terraces. A color study and artists rendering are included with the submittal that showcase the materials and colors planned for the site.
