Splendid beaches along the Adriatic coast, dotted with old fishing shacks, watch towers and beach clubs are less than half-an-hour away. The secluded situation of this large trullo, proudly towering over a parkland encompassing olives, almond and prickly pear trees, cacti and scented shrubs, allows you to unwind and soak up the surrounding beauty in perfect tranquillity. 3 INSIDER TIPS The most amazing feature of this trullo is the location, in open countryside with stunning views over the valley. The gardens are tended to with the utmost care, the flower beds are beautiful. The town of Ceglie Messapica, just a tenminute drive from this trullo, is splendid and boasts an incredibly rich cultural and gastronomical heritage. When you go there, you must try dining at Al Fornello da Ricci, at Ristorante Cibus or Ristorante da Gino, for a taste of Puglia's real flavours.
