5 Location Location Venturefields lies half a mile south of Widnes Town Centre, directly opposite The Hive Leisure scheme, in the Widnes Waterfront regeneration area. It is anticipated that circa 70million will be invested in the area over the next decade developing commercial, leisure and residential opportunities.
