This test may not represent the long term or seasonal yield. 2. The well pump pressurizes one 120 gallon galvanized pressure tank and one 85 gallon AP260/302 pressure tank dated 2002 with a 5 psi air charge. The operating pressure range is set 32 to 52 psi. This system pressurizes water for domestic and agricultural use at all three units on the property. 3. There are 9" x 43" rental exchange filters. There are two pairs of 9" x 43" units plumbed in parallel. The system was last exchanged on 8/24/17. This system serves the main house only. 4. There is a 3/4 HP craftsman inline booster pump installed under the main house. The pump was functional but unplugged on the day of the inspection. All wells and springs are subject to seasonal and yearly changes in regards to water yield, production and quality. Wells may be influenced by creeks or other water sources and are likely to yield less water during dry months of the year; typically August, September, & October. We make no predictions of future water production or water quality. 3 RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. The concrete pressure tank pad at the well head is cracked and not level. Recommend installing new pressure tank pad. 2. The diaphragm pressure tank is waterlogged and the galvanized pressure tank does not have an air volume control. Recommend removing dated galvanized pressure tank, waterlogged diaphragm style tank and replacing with new 85 gallon diaphragm style tank. 3. The post supporting the fuse disconnect switch at the well head is rotten and not sturdy. Recommend replacing post. 4. The shut off valve for the upper house is not functional and leaking. Recommend replacement. 5. The booster system at the house is unnecessary and not used. This equipment can be removed if desired. 6. The pressure at the house was minimal. Recommend increasing well pump pressure setting for better water pressure at the main house. 7. Consider upgrading rental exchange filter system to permanent system to reduce operating expenses.
