There shall be a solid vinyl gasket under the beaded edge to form a seal to the ounter top, thus preventing seepage or marring of the ounter top. LINER: The inner liner shall be 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel with 3 reessed top, one piee onstrution, all welded, ground and polished to a uniform finish. All orners are oved with a minimum 1/4" radius. The liner has opper tubing firmly soldered to the top 3 of all sides. A 3/4" dia. drain with strainer, 4" PVC nipple, and valve is provided. INSULATION: The pan is fully insulated with high density polystyrene, 1" thik on all sides, 2" thik on the bottom and enlosed with a 22 gauge galvanized steel outer lines. The entire unit is removable without the use of tools. REFRIGERATION SYSTEM: The ompressor housing shall be fabriated from formed angles /and bolted to the base of the unit. A fully self-ontained ondensing unit is provided with a hermetially sealed ompressor and a thermostat ontrol. The system is fully harged with HFC free refrigerant and ready to operate. NOTE: Proper ventilation must be provided in ounter.
