M&E 3. Pumps 4. Plumbing, etc. Each building has its respective contractor in-charge for onsite troubleshooting

28 FACILITY MONITORING SPECIFICATIONS: 300 to 400 inputs per building Monitoring system with SMS alert upon any down time/system malfunction Ticketing system to track the alarm states, attended or not by the respective contractor, ticket creation should be done automatically (initiated by the system) or manually.

33 FACILITY MONITORING The ticketing system also allows user to directly print out the ticket from the FMS system. This print-outs will come in handy for documentation purpose as well as following up on outstanding work order.
