Present Experience At present I am working with M/S.Schneider Electric formerly M/S.AREVA T&D Pakistan as Senior Executive Engineer in Services Department. Job Responsibilities as Senior Executive Engineer Testing & Commissioning Variable Frequency Drives, Soft Starter and Programmable Logic Controllers. Testing & Commissioning BMS System. Testing of all type protection Relays. (Trafo Differential, Line Differential, over current, Earth fault, Trip Circuit Supervision, Directional over Current, Check Synchronism, Under/Over Voltage, High Impedance Differential). Experience in testing works of HV/MV/LV GIS/AIS primary equipment such as Current Transformer, Voltage Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Surge Arrester etc. Experience in testing, commissioning and calibration works of secondary and ancillary equipment such as Control Relay Panel, Disturbance Recorder, DC Battery Bank & Charger Distribution Board, Low Voltage AC Distribution Board, Neutral Earthing Resistor, Power Quality, Meters, Current & Voltage Transducer, Local control cubical (LCC) test (MCB trip, Aux.relays, Anunciator, time relay, Contactor Function test & Insulation test) etc. Experience in testing work of Power Transformer up to 750MVA 500KV / 220 KV / 120 KV / 33kV including insulation test, ratio test, polarization index test, Zero sequence test, Vector Group Check etc. 11KV & 33KV Sub Station Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance.

2 - 2 - Troubleshooting and rectification of Customer complaints of Low/ Medium Voltage switchgear at site. Monitoring the activities with their mile stone dates and update the progress of project. To supervise erection works, test and commission various MV/LV electrical systems including Grid stations, Power/Distribution Transformers, 11KV substations, Relay & control Panels, surge arresters, bays of substations, DC system, Ring Main Unit in MV/LV substations,pumping stations, etc. Arrangement of resources required at site for installation of electrical equipments, Transformers, Switchgears, Relay panels and DC system. To review different electrical drawings before ordering, coordinate with client, assist technically to meet client satisfaction. Technical follow-up during engineering and site execution. Involves in progress meetings (Internal, with customers, with subsuppliers) Provide testing schedules for the projects. Erection works and Testing s are made to be witnessed by client/consultant with complete documentation. Testing, commissioning and witnessing activities with client. Implement necessary modifications on site with the coordination of design engineers and get them approved from client. Handing over the project to the client and taking over of job completion certificate. Train end-users on the theory, operational use and maintenance of integrated protection and control systems. Lead or support factory acceptance testing and site testing & commissioning. Develop testing procedures. Proficient in handling of the Secondary Relay Test set OMICRON Test Universe (CMC-156, CMC-256 & CMC-356), FREJA (300 & 306), ISA etc. and Primary Test set (Programma, T&R Sverker, etc) and other electrical test equipment such as Insulation Testers, VLF, Battery Discharge Set, Earth tester, Tan Delta Set, DC Contact Resistance,TTR Test Set & Commissioning Tools. Work on development of proposals including: writing and /or reviewing technical specifications, estimating design person-hours and materials, supporting sourcing for vendor quotations, directing designers and drafts men on drawing requirements, and the development of clarifications and exceptions as well as technical responses.
