14 Union Water Supply Summer Water Restrictions May to September Outdoor Water Use Remember that outdoor water use is restricted to alternate days from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. to midnight. Under town bylaws watering is restricted to odd dates for odd addresses and even dates for even addresses. To keep your lawn healthy you only need to water for 30 minutes twice a week early in the day. You save money, you conserve water, and you reduce the demand on the water supply system.
