8 SKIN AND STRUCTURE BICYCLE FACILITY PROTOTYPE An installment for the urban office lifestyle and contributing to the green bicycle movement, patrons are assured changing areas before and after their travels. Embracing the existing building, a tectonic touch presents informative thresholds and sustainable systems. 9 A reusable catchment water system is used, celebrated by the overhead structure. Offset from the existing building, a transparent wet wall guides freshwater down to the showers and sinks, cycling greywater to the toilets, and disposing blackwater in one trip. Skin and Structure Fall 2009

16 COMMUNITY DESIGN FRIENDS SCHOOL Past the chalkboard, this grammar elementary school hopes to achieve the success of real world interaction between the community to the textbook page. Drawing the attention in the main corridor to the aligned park traffic above allows the abutting classroom to integrate with the surrounding ecosystem.
