SITUATION Manston is set in the heart of the Blackmore Vale in North Dorset. It is a small hamlet with a public house located between the neighbouring village of Child Okeford which offers a shop, post Office, organic shop, doctor s surgery and two pubs. Manston is easily accessible to the market towns of both Sturminster Newton and Blandford while the larger centres of Poole, Bournemouth, Salisbury and Bath as well as by train to London, Waterloo or by car via the A303 and M3. Sturminster Newton has recently undergone significant re generation including a community centre, theatre, doctor s surgery and supermarket. EDUCATION The area has become particularly well known due to its outstanding educational facilities, these include Bryanston, Clayesmore, Canford, Port Regis, St Mary s Shaftesbury, Sherborne, Leweston and Milton Abbey. There is a timber gate that leads to the Orchard and Deer enclosure. The area in total amounts to approximately 3 acres. Adjoining Bluebell Cottage there are three garages with dividing walls.
