The programme is being delivered in partnership with Lewisham omes on a number of sites across the borough. One of the potential sites for new council homes is the old estate office on the ome Park estate. Site Analysis

We think we could provide an area for community use. - Do you think some of the building should have non-residential use? - Would you use space here if it was available? If so, what kind of space or facilities would you use? Scheme Proposal

6 Any new building should fit in with the local area, but can also offer the opportunity to create something of a really high quality that the community is proud of. This is an example of what the new building could look like and we would like to know what you think. - Do you like the look of the building? - Is there anything you would change? - What do you think about the use of colour in the building to add interest? Scheme Proposal
