This is your opportunity to ask the team questions and share your views. Croydon Council and their development company Brick by Brick are seeking to build,000 new affordable and private sale homes for local people on Council owned sites across the borough by 09. Today we would like to talk to you about initial design proposals for 54 new mixed tenure homes and landscape improvements on sites within your neighbourhood. The designs are at an early stage and subject to change. There will be further consultation taking place through the summer. Brick by Brick Brick by Brick is a private, independent company, set up by the Council as its own development company. The aim is to achieve,000 new homes in Croydon by 09. HT esign HT esign are the rchitects and Landscape rchitects for the project, and are specialists that design housing and regenerate neighbourhoods working closely with local communities.
