1 PUR/HADF/ Due date : As per attach list of suppliers Subject :Enquiry for Hamara Apana Deep freezer and pushcart Dear Sir You are aware of our existing scheme Hamara Apana Deep Freezer of deep freezers, for procurement of deep freezers, by ice cream retailers of Amul. In this connection we would like to inform you that we have planned to procure at least 15,000 Nos. during the next financial year to be lifted by our retailers from our approved suppliers, under HADF scheme. We are pleased to select you in our list of the supplier for the above requirement of deep freezers and sending you our enquire for the above requirement under criteria s lay down by GCMMF. We also anticipate that the demand of ice cream cabinet increases day by day because of series of exclusive Amul s parlours, Pizza parlours etc. being opened, shall be provided with deep freezers. Moreover, the existing butter outlets may be covered under the above scheme [HADF] hence demand of deep freezers may be in three folds. We are sure that you are interested to participate with your different models of deep freezers and arrange to give us very competitive offers of different models of deep freezers against this enquiry floated with aim of the benefit of depreciated dollar rates in our trade scheme. We may consider offers from those suppliers who meet following eligibility criteria. Requirement & Rates: Hard top deep freezer and eutectic freezers with normal basket sets. The flat glass top deep freezers with special baskets set ( two nos. i.e. cone and sticks). Scooping parlour freezers with special sets of basket. Each basket to accommodate 3 nos. of bulk packs. ( Pl. refer the price format for the detail ) Scooping parlours with PP covers for ice cream bulk aesthetic looks. The quotation of the different deep freezer submitted without package sought in enquiry like special basket etc submitted by supplier will not be accepted by us and such model will be not included in the scheme. The details of the HADF models sought with the enquiry is given in the enclosed with the price break format of excel sheet. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : 1. The suppliers of deep freezers should have all India services facility. In support of this, we may need list of stations/ Agents across the country.

An Indian agent of imported models has to provide the authorization certificate of their principal company that they have authorized franchisees for selling and after sales services with them. 3. Rates are to be provided as per the format enclosed at excel sheets. 4. The extended warranty for next four years on sealed units i.e. compressor and refrigeration system ( Refrigeration charging rates extra) one selected models of HADF( pl. refer the price format) 5. Competitive prices with voltage stabilizers for suitable capacity and range. In one parcel to be delivered with DFs to the retailer. 6. The outer body of units are to provided with wrapped around printing/ sticker of approved designs of Amul. The suppliers shall be heavily panelized for the supplies provided without sticker and approved package of the HADF in the market. 7. Tropical machines are to be provided for achieving 24 Deg. Cent. of cabinet temperature in Ambient temperature of 43 Deg. Cent. 8. The deep freezers should have minimum 60 MM PUF thickness, four castors and good temperature holding capacity ( more or less 6 Hrs. in pick ambience temperature) and with reliable imported/ domestic compressor, responsibility of which lies with suppliers in 5 years of warrantee period. 9. Power consumption shall be in a range of 1.5 units to 3.5 units per day depending upon capacity of freezers cabinet. 10. Approved supplier shall have to provide the declaration with invoices that they shall arrange after sales services for 5 years to the purchasers on models approved along with the same. 11. Security deposit : The SD in the form of either bank guarantee or demand draft in favour of GCMMF anand worth Rs. 1 Lac to be provided by approved supplier for the scheme. Without SD the HADF approved rates for the scheme shall be not floated in the market. On any default in supply of the deep freezer like HADF without stickers, stabilizers or less recovery of PSM fund in the market etc the penalty imposed on which may be either recovered from security deposit based on final decision on the same at our end. 12. PSM fund : The supplier will be responsible for the submitting of the PSM fund periodically. In case of suppliers dealers involved in the supplies of the HADF and their payment mode either in Cash DD and Cheque which ever mode the payment is given for HADF booking, their supplies will be counted for the total PSM fund to be recovered from the supplier. However, supplier may restrict their dealers for HADF scheme. Why the Scheme :HAMARA APANA DEEP FREEZER : We would like to share with you some highlights/ benefits, being achieved through Hamara Apana Deep Freezer scheme of Amul. 1. Retailers will have their own deep freezer at best negotiated rates and benefit of depreciation.

3 2. Best brand and effective deep freezers being introduced to the retailers. 3. GCMMF to monitor sales through put of these machines which shall be covered with good warrantee obligations. 4. Flow of deep freezers would be increased at ease in the market and payment would be made against of delivery/ purchase orders of the retailers, as per the terms prevailing in the scheme. 5. Our depots and whole sale dealers shall take tasks to provide the orders and arrange to ensure in time/advance release of payments to approved parties of deep freezers.
