Submission of bids: The bidders are required to submit the following documents in Separate Envelope: 1. Price bid in a prescribed format in a sealed envelope titled as Price Bid 2. Authorization Certificate from Manufacturer. 3. EMD of Rs. 30,000/- by demand draft in the name of Industrial Extension Bureau payable at Gandhinagar. 4. Performance Security of 50,000/- by demand draft in the name of Industrial Extension Bureau payable at Gandhinagar. All documents to be submitted in one single cover titled as Bid for the Supply of Electrical Consumables at Mahatma Mandir. 4 The bid shall remain valid for a period not less than Ninety (90) days after the deadline for submission of bid. indextb shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidder in connection with the preparation and delivery of bids, including costs and expenses related to visits to the site etc. Payment Schedule Complete payment will be paid after successful completion of the supply of consumables. No advance payment will be provided. Bidder responsibilities on selection and Contract Award and Execution The bidder shall visit and study the site situation, interact with employer, check-up the various elements of the works proposed, then make his own judgment regarding his bid in the proposal. It is understood that the agency/ bidder would have studied/ well understood the price schedule mode and system of payment and other related conditions, technical specifications, etc. before finalizing bid.
