LINEAR HEAT DETECTION (LHD) SYSTEM. SUB- 1 CLAUSE 5.1 PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION The Detection system shall be site configurable for rate of rise and maximum The system shall be able to sense the rapid rate of rise or preset maximum temperature or both to ensure that any incipient fire on rim seal is detected within 10 seconds of occurrence. temperature at two different alarm thresholds at Graphic console & rim seal main fire alarm panel. SPECIFICATIONS CLAUSE FACTORY ACCEPTANCE 6 TEST SPECIFICATIONS CLAUSE DOCUMENTATION:Documents to be furnished with offer/bid:(4 copies).sub Clause (f) ANNEXURE-A-SPECIFICATIONS CLAUSE 21.BIDDER S 8 SCOPE OF SUPPLY/WORK AND SUB-CLAUSE (f) One such test shall be performed for every 50 % units ordered in random manner as decided by the owner. Tentative Bill of materials shall be provided as per tank list provided in tender. Material for one tank (as decided by BPCL), with two set of system modules, should be kept at vendors works for FAT. After the FAT, the above material shall be despatched to BPCL ANNEXURE-A-SPECIFICATIONS CLAUSE 21.0 Bidder s Scope 9 of Supply/work:Sub Clause o) Provision of Uninterrupted power supply at the Rim seal main Fire Alarm panel at Fire station control room for uninterrupted operation of entire rim seal fire protection system.ups shall be single phase parallel redundant,with bypass transformer,static voltage stabilizer and battery bank(plante type) with 2 hours backup UPS shall be provided with 2 sets of rectifiers and inverters. 230 Volts UPS Power(Single point) shall be made available at P/H1 and P/H ANNEXURE-A. SPECIFICATIONS CLAUSE 21.0 Bidder s Scope 10 5.Bidder shall supply and install 230 Volts power distribution board at P/H1 and of Supply/work:Sub Clause p) P/H 5 for further distribution. UPS and distribution board not required. Output of UPS is 230V AC.Bidder shall ensure that all the equpment shall be suitable for 230V AC power supply. SPECIFICATIONS CLAUSE 21.Bidder s Scope of 13 Supply/work:SUB CLAUSE (q) Supply & Installation of One Graphic Console of adequate hardware (LG/Samsung/Sony/Panasonic make 21 inch size LCD) with software for graphical representation of unique site based layout of tank farm indicating tanks being protected by rim seal fire protection system, LCP s & Repeater station. The software shall have features of tank number with active pop-up, event logging, history and prints. Additional Information: New Graphic Console has to be supplied or the system should be hooked up with existing Graphic Console. SPECIFICATIONS, ANNEXURE IV, TECHNICAL 14 SPECIFICATION FOR VARIOUS INSTRUMENTS, SUB CLAUSE 6. Graphic Console (1 &16) Graphic Console : Make:DELL / HP / IBM Monitor:21.5" Full HD Wide screen Flat panel with provision to accept input from two work stations with toggle button to select the work station. SPECIFICATIONS ANNEXURE-IV TECHNICAL 15 SPECIFICATIONS FOR VARIOUS INSTRUMENTS, SUB CLAUSE-3 Pressure switch as per tender specs. Element type: Bellows Connection size & Type: 1/2: NPT(F) Element of Pressure Switch (Type: Diaphragm) is acceptable.pressure switch shall have pneumatic connection of ¼ NPT(F). The evaluation shall be based on the overall lowest quote basis considering the sum of the prices for Part-1 (Supply), Part-II (Site works) and Part-III (Post Warranty Annual Maintenance Charges for 3 years) including all taxes and duties, TPI charges, freight etc and loading on commercial deviations (if any), less eligible Cenvat/VAT Credit. ANNEXURE-B, SCC, CLAUSE NO. 36- STORAGE OF 24 MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION OF SITE SHED- SUB CLAUSE 36.1 Contractor has to find a suitable place with prior approval of Engineer-in-charge for the storage of all types of equipments, machineries, materials, consumables, tools & tackles and working place, site shed. To add: Contractor to arrange their own container office/store room, space will be provided within BPCL premises. Power for lighting, water will be provided free of cost.
