Issue of Tender Documents : From to during office hours from the office of the OS, DIVISIONAL OFFICE, LIC in India,, Jeevan Vikas, 16/275, Civil lines, Last date of submission of : Up to Hrs. on duly filled in tender 3. Date of opening of tender : At Hrs. on Cost of tender documents : Rs (Rupees Five hundred) only (Non-refundable). 5. Composite schedule for entire Division has been attached with this tender document. The bidder shall submit their bid in sealed envelope & envelope must be super scribed, Tender for refilling of Fire extinguishers under DO. 2. Offer should be properly signed by the authorized representative of Agency. Bidder will submit EMD of Rs only in the form of Cash/ DD in favor of LIC of India drawn on any nationalized bank & payable at place of DO in a separate envelope super-scribing Tender for refilling of Fire extinguishers under DO. 3. Conditional offer shall not be accepted. If the tender has not been submitted as per the procedure, tender shall be treated as non-bonafide. 4. Rates quoted on the schedule are inclusive of taxes & duties and levies including all taxes except GST. GST will payable /recovery to the contractor as per Govt. rule implemented time to time. 5. LIC of India reserves the Rights to accept or reject or split any or all tenders at its sole discretion without assigning any reason. Note:: The Firm should have its own Distributorship/Dealership office and service center at local. The rates quoted above shall be FOR at destination i.e. inclusive of all taxes and duties etc. nothing extra on any account will be paid. 2. Earnest Money Deposit of Rs in the form of Cash/DD from any nationalized bank in favour of LIC of India payable at or cash paid at our cash counter. 3. Validity of offer Three months from the date of opening. 4. Contract period One year from the date of acceptance. 5. Validity of rates - One year from the date of acceptance. 6. Extension of Contract Period: On mutual agreement, the contract period may be extended for one year on the same rates, terms and conditions. 7. Liquidated Damage: The delay in work shall be imposed at the rate of 1% per day subject to the maximum of 10% of the value of work 8. Payment: On Completion of refiling and certificate issued by respective Branches 9. If the services of contractor are not found satisfactory the contract shall be terminated by giving 15 days notice & security deposit shall be forfeited. 10. MOCK drill Will be conducted in every branch and office during coarse of refilling of fire extinguishers in presenc of office staff and given training to the staff for operation of fire extinguishers and produced the mouth drill certificate along with satisfactory refilling of fire extinguishers at the time of submission of bill. The contractor will check the status of gas in the cylinder in quarterly and produced the certificate. 11. Mode of Payment :- (A) 90% Payment will be released after satisfactory completion of job (B)--- Balance 10% will be released after quarterly report ( 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd,4 th quarter) submitted after One Year along with position/status of GAS in the cylinder.
