Testing and Commissioning of the CClV cameras at 51 District Transport Offices in Madhya Pradesh With given specification of the cameras and DVRs as per the requirement :. The detailed list of requirement is enclosed. Bidder has to quote the total cost of the system at each office site including the cost of the cable and other related and necessary accessories, carrying on-site warranty for a period of at least One year. The warranty shall cover from the Camera to DVRs along with all allied accessories thereef. Separate rates should be quoted for the annual maintenance contract of the system for next 3 years of the warranty year wise. The separate bids are being invited for Equipment and AMC. However the department reserves all the rights to order for the AMC. If department decides to purchase only Equipments, then II will be decided on the rates quoted up to the warranty period only. The security deposit of other bidders shall be released on finalization of the bids. Terms & conditions for the Bids.:: 1) Bidder Firm should be in the businessfrom min past 3 years. 2) Bidder should have turnover of more than 50 lacscontinuously for the past 3 years including Rs.25 lacs for the CCTVproducts only. 3) Bidder should have executed min 20 orders for min 4 cameras each of CCTV cameras strictly from any central Govt/ state Govt. / Govt. undertaking / Public limited / govt holding companies or organizations only. Order copy of the same should be enclosed along with bid. 4) The Bidder should have authorised service center at Bhopal/Indore with minimum 4 trained service personnel. 5) Bidder has to submit manufacturer's certificate of authorized dealership for quoted products along with his bid. 6) Bidder should not have been blacklisted / penalized from any organization. A declaration in this regard and non conflict of interest should be submitted along with his bid. 7) Bidder has to submit last 3 year IT returns copy and commercial tax paid receipt for last financial year along with his bid. 8) The quoted product should be FCC/ CE/ RoHScertified. Copy of certificate need be supplied along with bid. 9) On-Site warranty for repairs/ replacement within 2 working days of lodging of the complaint shall be provided 10)Transport Commissioner M.P. shall be the final authority to accept or reject. the Bids and no reasons shall be necessary for rejection of the tender process. 11)The bidder shall submit an Earnest Money Deposit Of Rs /- ( Twenty FiveThousand) through demand draft in favour of "Transport Commissioner,
