1 Sos Sounder (DC) A general purpose electric sounder for fire, security and industrial applicatis; the Sos Sounder is certified to EN54. With the TimeSaver base, cnectis are made to the base during the initial wiring phase which results in faster and more reliable installati. The sounder head twists and clicks into the base commissiing, avoiding the wiring and cnecti problems associated with traditial sounders. With a choice of 32 tes including all the major internatial standards, the Sos Sounder has universal acceptance. 5 Base Sounder The Base Sounder is a low profile sounder designed to comply with EN54. Its primary applicati is to be installed under proprietary smoke and heat detectors to provide both detecti and alarm at the same point, reducing wiring and installati costs. With the optial cover it can also be used as a stand ale sounder. With a sound output of 95dB, 32 tes and volume ctrol, it is ideal for areas with low ambient noise where it is desirable to fit a larger number of lower output sounders, such as offices and hotel bedrooms.
