The awards show marked its 30 th Anniversary with a spectacular event which concluded the 68 th Annual Atlantic Builders Convention. The Sales & Marketing Awards program honors Builder, Remodeler & Associate s of the New Jersey Builders Association who have made major contributions to the home building industry by displaying excellence in design and marketing. The SAM Awards Banquet was attended by over 450 advertising, sales, marketing, media, and home building industry professionals. Awards were presented in specialized categories recognizing industry leading sales and marketing initiatives in residential marketing, architectural design, remodeling, and individual creative achievements. Builders, as well as companies that supply products and services to the building industry, are eligible for a SAM Award. SAM Committee Chair Giovanna E. Pergola of Meyers Research, LLC, stated, "I was amazed by the level of creativity and talent displayed by this year s award winners. For 30 years, the SAM program has played a critical role in recognizing the immeasurable contribution sales and marketing professionals make to the building industry in NJ. I congratulate all of this year s award winners on their significant achievement." NJBA CEO Carol Ann Short, Esq. added, "Our marketing professionals help our builders in NJ sell homes in a challenging and competitive marketplace.
