Zeta Mentor Protégé Program Coordinator: Soror Krysta Jones (3 tracks) The objective of the program is to provide members of the sorority who are currently at the mid-level of their career with hands on mentorship from Sorors who have made significant accomplishments and broken through the barriers of career obstacles. The program is considered a membership benefit to financial members of the sorority and provides a return on investment in the sisterhood by facilitating personal and professional growth. In addition to technical career skills, a key part of this program is helping the mentee protégés build networks, a support system and gain access to circles they would not have developed without their mentor.
