7 System Operatio - RDC Ad Evaporators Normal Operatio -10 Freezer I ormal operatio, the discharge vapor is codesed very close to the evaporators ad the fed ito the liquid supply vessel. The supply vessel feeds the codesed liquid to two or three evaporators. S S Electroic expasio valves o each evaporator fuctio so that oly dry vapor is retured to the compressors. Evaporated ammoia (100% vapor) returs to compressor suctio lie. A - B - All liquid is cotaied betwee the RDC uits ad the evaporators. Defrost Operatio -10 Freezer Durig defrost, hot gas is directed away from the codeser ad fed ito oe of the evaporators. The hot gas is codesed ad fed ito the liquid supply vessel.
