The Old Press House falls within the discounted catchment area for Blundell s school. The M5 motorway links Exeter to Bristol and the Midlands, and to London via the M4. The A38 goes south to Plymouth and the A30 west to Cornwall. There are regular rail services to London Paddington from Exeter, and St David s Station is around ten minutes drive from the property.
