The office space was renovated in PARKING: Paved and marked parking; north side of the building has 92 spaces, east side of the building has 60 spaces. The maintenance areas are cooled by two 10-ton electric roof mounted package units. Roof and wall mounted exhaust fans. The production area is also ventilated by exterior ground mounted gas fired air make-up units.
