Hope Network, Grand Rapids, Michigan Hope Network has facilities throughout Michigan. Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc. has installed and serviced their Fire Alarm systems for the past 8 years. There are at least 50 to 60 systems that are presently being serviced. Communications System Reference Ludington High School, Ludington, Michigan Riverside installed a new Dukane intercom/paging system. This system performs all of the paging functions for the entire building. Each classroom and office can be paged individually or all together. The system also allows direct two-way communication with the individual class rooms and offices. Integration was performed to mute any additional performance sound systems when there is a priority page. 1 / 7

2 St. Mary's Mercy Medical Center, Grand Rapids, Michigan Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc. has installed and serviced the Fire Alarm systems in the main hospital and their offsite facilities for approximately six years. All of their facilities have EST products. Reenders, Inc., Grand Haven, Michigan Reenders, Inc. builds and/or owns retirement facilities and communities throughout the State of Michigan. Traverse City, Holland, Battle Creek, and Lansing are just a few examples. Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc. has provided and installed all of the Fire Alarm systems in these facilities. Fire Alarm - Check & Test Reference University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan Riverside reinstalled existing fire alarms in fifteen dorms throughout the campus. Systems were installed by a local electrical contractor. Riverside programmed and tested the system to confirm the system was properly installed. 2 / 7

3 Security System Reference CU Answers, Grand Rapids, Michigan Riverside has helped this growing company as they have used our services over the years in past offices and in office space as they have expanded their business. We have provided them with CCTV systems, Card Access systems, and Intrusion systems that have even included custom solutions to meet unique needs they requested. Riverside also provides them with 24 hour monitoring services and administers their emergency, after hours, contact list. Porter Hills Retirement Communities, Grand Rapids, Michigan Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc. has serviced all of their systems for the past 14 years. All of their facilities have EST products. They presently have eight facilities. Their main campus recently had an EST3 Network system installed, which networks the three main buildings. 3 / 7

4 Fire Alarm / Design Build & Install Grand Rapids Public Schools, Grand Rapids, Michigan Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc. has replaced many of their older Fire Alarm systems with the EST product. These replacements have been performed by our own installation staff and by subcontracting electrical contractors. We are also their preferred service vendor. Security System Reference Kalamazoo Gazette, Kalamazoo, Michigan Riverside installed a security/card access system in their existing facility and in the new printing press addition. The security system is integrated into the fire alarm system with the fireworks graphic package which allows the owner to have one display that reports the status of both systems. We also installed a new CCTV camera system which is tied into the customer's local area computer network to allow camera viewing over the internet. Communications System Reference Spectrum Health Continuing Care, Grand Rapids, Michigan Designed and implemented a Dukane Staff-call Pro Nurse Call system which also communicates with a wireless paging system that allows the staff to be mobile inside the facility instead of having to stay at one location to monitor the system. 4 / 7

5 National Heritage Academies, Grand Rapids, Michigan National Heritage Academies has charter schools throughout the State of Michigan. Riverside Integrated Systems has been the preferred vendor and EST product supplier for the majority of their schools. For all new schools, the product will be EST and in Michigan the supplier will be Riverside. Their schools are located in Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, and many other areas. Fire Alarm / Design Build & Install Metropolitan Hospital, Grand Rapids, Michigan Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc. was asked to replace a Simplex system that was approximately two years old. We were told to redesign the system to meet State and local codes. This was accomplished with no violations from the local or State inspectors. Since that time we have made many additions to the system. We are also the preferred vendor for the new proposed hospital. 5 / 7

6 Intrusion / CCTV / Fire Menards, Various Locations, Michigan At multiple Michigan locations, Riverside has installed security systems in newly constructed Menards stores. Riverside has met tight timelines to secure these stores and has often worked directly with electrical contractors on these projects. Two Menards stores have been done with our staff working through Block Electric and they may be contacted for a reference. Card Access / CCTV / Fire Alarm Wexford County Courthouse, Cadillac, Michigan Riverside installed a completely integrated life safety system at the courthouse which used a UL listed Synergy product from EST. The card access, cameras, and fire alarm all work in unison to provide high level, and efficient security protection to the facility. Riverside also provides the 24 hour monitoring of the system, as well as annual inspection services required by the state. Card Access / Fire Alarm Kendall College of Art & Design, Grand Rapids, Michigan As the college has expanded Riverside has helped them expand their fire alarm and card access system to keep up with their growth and needs. Providing them with a PC-based access control system streamlined administration and took future growth into account. Riverside also provides 24 hour alarm monitoring services to the college, along with annual state-mandated inspection services. 6 / 7

They selected Riverside to be their service provider for all their internal life safety needs, including the installation of CCTV systems, Card Access Systems, Security Systems, and their entire Fire Alarm system. They also have 24 hour monitored services through Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc. CCTV / Security / Fire Alarm U of M Art Museum-Storage Facility, Ann Arbor, Michigan For specialized protection of art pieces, the University of Michigan turned to the professionals at Riverside to create specialized solutions. Their resulting system contains a complete CCTV network, Security System, and Fire Alarm System. The CCTV system includes the use of off-site video monitoring capabilities over the internet with protected access. 7 / 7
