Conditions of Entry If any exhibit is considered unworthy, the Judge may decline to make an award All exhibits are judged according to the standard of the Royal NSW Horticultural Society The exhibitor need not necessarily grow blooms. Any embellishment allowed in all classes. No artificial flowers or foliage allowed. Exhibitors should adhere to measurements where specified in each class.
