1 Goulburn AP&H Society Show Chief Steward: Pat Strachan ( ) SECTION 2 - FLOWERS Entry Forms: All flower entries close 5:00pm Wednesday 18 th March All entries must be handed in at the Show Office or phoned into Pat Strachan, phone (02) Please leave a message if phone is unattended. The General Pavilion Entry Form should be used can be found on the web site page or can be obtained at show office. Entry Fee: Championship Classes $2.00.per class. Other Classes $1.00 per class. Children s Classes: 50c per class. (Children entering Championship or open classes pay full entry fee.) NO LATE ENTRIES will be accepted. Exhibits: All flowers are to be staged by 8:45 am Saturday 21 st March Stewards will be in attendance at Pavilion from 2:00pm till 7:00pm Friday 20th March and from 7.00am Saturday 21st March Exhibits may be collected from 4.00pm Sunday 22nd March Judging: Commences 9.00am Saturday 21st March Prize Money: First $4.00, Second $2.00. Unless otherwise specified. Children s section prizes will be ribbons and cards only, unless otherwise specified. Conditions: GREEN bikini vases are available and must be used for staging of flowers unless otherwise stipulated except potted plants. ALL FLOWERS TO BE GROWN BY EXHIBITOR. Definitions: DISTINCT means different e.g. separate varieties/cultivars NOT NECESSARILY DISTINCT (NND) means an exhibit need not necessarily consist of different varieties/cultivars, they can all be identical or they can be more than one colour. A BUD is considered as a flower and could cause disqualification if class asks for 1 bloom and there is a bud and a full flower. N.O.S = NOT ON SCHEDULE N.A.S = A judge may write NAS on an exhibit if it is Not According to Schedule.
