ALL ESSENTIAL PASS HOLDING VEHICLES TO BE ON THE SHOWFIELD BY 8.30AM. NO MOVEMENT OF VEHICLES AFTER 8.30AM. ENTRY FEE (CLASSES 2-118) - 60p PRIZE MONEY (CLASSES 2-1, 117, 118) FIRST 5.00, SECOND 3.00, THIRD 2.00 PRIZE MONEY WILL BE PAID OUT IN THE HORTICULTURE TENT BETWEEN 3 and 4.30 p.m. ON PRODUCTION OF EXHIBITORS CLASS LISTING SENT PRIOR TO THE SHOW. Tent cleared at 4.30pm. Exhibitors who produce removal ticket only will be admitted. Electric Light will be provided in the Horticultural Tent from 6 p.m. on Friday night. All exhibits for prizes must have been grown by the exhibitor. The Judges will be empowered to withhold Prizes where the exhibits are considered unworthy, and their decision shall be final. All dishes, vases, stands, etc., to be provided by Exhibitor. Tabling provided only by the Society. Anyone requiring assistance with Staging please contact the Secretary. Generally should be named, cards will be ley Arms provided. ley Arms THE LANGBAURGH ROSE BOWL (to be held for one year) will be awarded to the Exhibitor gaining most points in the Horticultural Section, excepting Class 1. 3 Points for 1st, 2 Points for 2nd, 1 Point for 3rd. A Special Prize value 5.00 will be awarded to the best entry in each of the following sections: Chrysanthemums, Dahlias, other cut flowers, Pot Plants, Fruit, Vegetables. HORTICULTURAL TRADE OR SPECIALISTS STAND BY INVITATION Class 1 ARTISTIC DISPLAY OF ANY CHARACTER (excluding Implements or Fertilisers) in space 8ft. wide by up to 40ft. long. Height of exhibit not to exceed 8ft. THE SYDNEY AND JOHN WELFORD MEMORIAL CUP (to be retained for one year only) is offered for the best exhibit in this class. THE JANE JOPLING MEMORIAL TROPHY (to be retained for one year only) is presented to the Best Display by an Amateur Society in Class 1. NOTE - No advertising signs or show cards, other than the Exhibitor s name in appropriate character, are allowed on the exhibits. NO SELLING FROM THE DISPLAY until 4.30pm.
