5 The Gate... a modern, multi-functional charitable Arts Centre D i r e c t i o n s SECTION THREE - ROOM LAYOUTS The Gate Arts & Community Centre, Keppoch Street, Roath, Cardiff, CF24 3JW T: (029) E: info@thegate.org.uk W: Coming to Cardiff on the M4 Eastbound (from London) Leave the M4 at Junction 29, onto the A48 (Eastern Avenue), Follow the A48 for around 5 miles, Take exit onto roundabout labelled A4232 The Docks First exit on the left labelled Southern Way/A4161/A4232 Stay left on A4161 to City Centre At the roundabout take the 2nd exit, lanes labelled City Dinas. Go through one roundabout and follow Newport Road for just under 2 miles Right Right onto City Road/B4261 at traffic lights (very large church on the left side) Right right onto Keppoch Street (turn after traffic lights, Sanna Silk shop is on the corner of the road) The Gate is situated on the right-hand side on the corner of Plasnewydd Square M4 West (From Swansea) Leave the M4 at Junction 32 and follow signs for Cardiff/A470/Northern Avenue. Follow the A470 for around 2.5 miles At the roundabout take the third exit onto Whitchurch Road/A469. Continue straight on this road which changes to Crwys Road, bearing right onto City Road (B4261). Take the second left onto Keppoch Street (Sanna Silk shop is on the corner of the road) The Gate is situated on the right-hand side on the corner of Plasnewydd Square Buses Buses to the Gate can be caught from Central Station and the city centre. Buses that travel along city road are Services 38 and 39 to Heath Hospital or along Albany Road 29/B, 52, 57, 58 towards Llanishen, Cyncoed and Pontprennau. These services run regularly during the day and evening. Parking - please note that residents parking is not suitable for parking when visiting The Gate
