34 Ballot Language General Obligation Bond Issue For City Neighborhoods, Infrastructure and Resiliency To improve the City s neighborhoods, infrastructure and resiliency, including citywide traffic calming, neighborhood signage, rights-of-way landscaping, decorative sound walls, tidal flooding mitigation, and the undergrounding of north beach utility lines, shall the City be authorized to issue General Obligation Bonds, from time to time, not exceeding $23,000,000 in aggregate principal amount, payable from ad valorem taxes bearing interest not exceeding the maximum legal interest rate, and maturing no later than 25 years from issuance? FOR BOND AGAINST BOND 34
