The improvements that are the subject ofthis report are briefly described as follows: Maintaining the landscaping in the median island constructed as a part of Tract No and maintaining the street lights installed along Blackwell Drive and National Avenue as a part of Tract No Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed in the Clerk Department.
