HVAC hydronic piping from chillers into the building. Note that chiller piping sleeves are being furnished and installed by others. Top elevation of chiller pipe sleeves will be at 96.0, therefore minimum bury depth for the chiller piping will be -0 rather than the -0 noted on /M.0. Reference CM-0. CHILLED WATER SYSTEM SHALL BE ENABLED WHEN: OSA TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE SETPOINT (60 F OR AS SET), AND DEMAND FOR COOLING FROM AN ADJUSTABLE QUANTITY OF CHILLED WATER CONTROL VALVES, AND SYSTEM IS IN OCCUPIED MODE. UPON SYSTEM ENABLE: BUILNG SYSTEM LOOP CHILLED WATER PUMP (CP-) SHALL BE ENERGIZED. AFTER PUMP CP- HAS PROVED ON FOR MINUTES (OR AS SET) THE CHILLER (CH-, CH-A) SHALL BE ENABLED. UNIT SHALL OPERATE IN RECIRCULATION MODE. UPON A CALL FOR HTING, THE OUTSIDE R DAMPERS SHALL BE POSITIONED AT THE MINIMUM OSA CFM (SEE ABOVE). THE GAS HTING SHALL BE ENERGIZED AND MODULATED TO MNTN THE SPACE TEMPERATURE AT SETPOINT. GAS HT HTER SAFETIES, INTERLOCKS AND CAPACITY CONTROLS SHALL BE INTEGRAL WITH THE H&V UNIT. UNOCCUPIED MODE: THE UNIT SHALL BE OFF AND THE OUTSIDE R DAMPER FULLY CLOSED. UPON A CALL TO MNTN SETBACK ROOM TEMPERATURE SETPOINTS, THE UNIT SHALL TEMPORARILY CYCLE ON, WITH THE OUTSIDE R VENTILATION DAMPERS REMNING CLOSED. ONCE THE ROOM TEMPERATURE IS SATISFIED, THE UNIT SHALL CYCLE OFF. A PUSHBUTTON AT THE SENSOR SHALL ALLOW THE SYSTEM TO OVERRIDE THE UNOCCUPIED CYCLE AND PLACE THE UNIT IN THE OCCUPIED MODE FOR A PRE-SET TIME PERIOD OF HOURS (OR AS SET). OPTIMUM STOP-START HTING: THE CONTROL SYSTEM SHALL SENSE SPACE TEMPERATURE AND OUTSIDE R TEMPERATURE TO OPTIMIZE FAN START TIME SO THAT PROPER SPACE TEMPERATURE IS RCHED AT START OF SCHEDULED OCCUPIED MODE. OUTSIDE R DAMPER SHALL FULLY CLOSE AND RETURN R DAMPER SHALL FULLY OPEN DURING WARM-UP PERIOD. UPON START OF OCCUPIED MODE, OUTSIDE R DAMPER AND RETURN R DAMPER SHALL MODULATE PER THE SEQUENCE OF CONTROLS LISTED ABOVE.
