11 Terminal & Culture The reason of designing a complex building, terminal and culture facilities, is that this area has good environment with lush. This building is used by not only terminal users but also the residents of this area. Therefore this building has some approaches from pavement and a hill to rooftop garden. In addition, the observatory is at this roof top. Many people will visit this building and it will be the center of culture and communication, so it will be loved by many local people. The planning is thought relation between sea and a hill. The direction of eye head toward sea and a hill and the height of this building is lowered, most part of this building is 2 stories high.
