On the basis of this report, we are now inviting Financial Bids for the Security Gadgets, as mentioned in the Format given below. The vendors should quote only for those items, along with the AMC charges, for which they had quoted in the tender. The Financial Bids should be submitted in a sealed cover to reach our office by 1.00 pm on AGM & CSO

During the warranty period of 3 years, the bidder/system integrator shall maintain the equipment and repair/replace all the defective components at the installed site at no additional charge of whatsoever nature to the Bank, except for AMC charges as agreed, which shall be applicable after the expiry of Guarantee period i.e. ONE Year from the Date of Installation of Equipment. D. Payment in respect of all installations shall be made by the respective Zonal Offices, upon receipt of Satisfactory Installation Certificate from the Branch along with the Bills.
