7 Moderniza0on Project Key Elements 25- year master plan, implemented in stages No increase in total building square footage 11% less than allowed under current Condi0onal Development Permit (CDP) Onsite employment to return to levels similar to those experienced in the past 10% less than allowed under current CDP 38 buildings become 19, with most clustered at campus center surrounding a central green to promote collabora0on, cross- disciplinary exchange of ideas and collabora0on Minimized visual effects by loca0ng tallest buildings at campus interior, providing flexible workspaces on smaller floor plates while increasing campus landscaping by 37% and sodening campus edges Tree preservagon wherever feasible and addi0onal tree plan0ng, including dense tree plan0ngs at campus perimeter with ribbons of trees flowing through campus 2013 SRI Interna0onal 7
