The Planning and Development Department (PDD) has approved the requested amendment as follows: REQUEST: Revise the installation of 2 pines trees from Phase to Phase 2 coinciding with the construction of the sidewalk previously modified and approved on August 2, 204. REQUEST: Revise the landscape plan to replace a total of four trees (2 Magnolias and 2 Live Oaks) with Bald Cypress in improve the long term health of the trees with the proximity to the Pond Normal Water Level and no irrigation in the area. Please be advised, approval is subject to the following conditions:. All requirements and conditions of approval within Memorandum DR as approved by the Development Review Committee on August 9, 2007, and each subsequently approved amendment, remain in full for and effect. 2. The owner/developer is hereby notified that any additional revisions shall be submitted to the Planning and Development Department for review and approval. Please have the attached Developer s Acknowledgement signed, notarized and returned to our office.
