5 Integrating an Administration uilding into the southwest corner of the property allows for over 35,000 square feet of public green space facing Church and Wooster Streets. The public front of the building acts as a backdrop for public events with a rain canopy covering almost 2,000 square feet. Lawn seating in front of this area can easily accommodate over 300 people. PULIC PARKING The 35,000 square feet building is spread over three separate wings of varying heights all connected by a light filled glass oval shaped atrium. Easy entry from public parking across Grove Street is met by a welcome entry canopy to quickly get guests out of the elements, and is a welcome expression of owling Green City Administration. Yellow wing could house public washrooms, storage, and events rooms open during the day and for public events. NOTE: The building footprint is approximately 17,000 square feet without the entry plaza and covered patio. 100' 15,423 S.F. FOOTPRINT 3-STORIES HIGH 2,216 S.F. ENTRY PLAZA FROM PARKING 5,744 S.F.
