6 Coos Head Planning Work group consisting of Tribal Councilors and staff began meeting in late 2005 Redevelopment projects discussed included a cultural trail, a community center in the old quonset hut, and a destination resort The work group kept coming back to: Coos Head needs a conceptual master plan The plan needs broad general council input Department of Natural Resources staff obtained a grant for a sitespecific Integrated Resource Management Plan (IRMP) for Coos Head The purpose of the IRMP is to create a balanced plan for the management of the Tribes natural, cultural, social, and economic resources
