All measurements are provided in feet for the floor plans and property measurements on the feature sheet. Please allow for 24 hours irrevocable on any Offers to Purchase as the Seller is travelling. For the purpose of this Agreement, the terms banking days or business days shall mean any day, other than a Saturday, Sunday, or a statutory holiday in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
