3 David s DRAPERY WORKS WORKROOM SERVICES GENERAL INFORMATION 1. The prices listed i n this booklet reflect our manufacturing labor costs only. Unless specified they do not include costs for i nstallation, fabric, wood board, dowel, thi ck seat foams and decorative materials. 2. All prices are based on the most commonly made draperies and bed-coverings, should your requirements dictate the use of the additional charges please ask for exact quote beforehand. 3. Part Width is charged as Full Width. Sheers or railroaded fabrics are charged to the next foot. 4. Workmanship is guaranteed for six months but not the fabric; some fabrics refuse to hold a pleat or hang properly, stretching. 5. Delivery is approximately 12 working days. All rush orders will be charged time and a half. 6. Our liabilities are limited to the amount of our charges. If there has been a mistake made by our company we will correct and or replace without charge; otherwise customers will be charged accordingly. Returns for free repair/alteration must be made within 30 days of delivery. 7. We will not return scrape pieces cut off after initial cutting unless specific arrangements have been made in advance. 8. Payment terms are C.O.D. unless previous credit arrangements have been approved. Payments must be made on or before the 15th and 30th of each month Past Due accounts will be charged 2% per month on outstanding balances. 9. Out-of-town orders (Gl9) are subject to a 10% packaging fee on total order $ value. Orders over $ packaging fee is charged at 5% of total order $ value. 10. Basic services calculated on an hourly basis of $80.00/hour. 11. We will inspect all fabrics for obvious flaws but we will not be responsible for fabric imperfections that show up under certain light conditions. 12. David's Design Resource Centre Ltd. "Order Forms" are attached at the back of the price list. Please photocopy and use when requesting orders/services. 13. David's Design Resource Centre is a Workroom that supplies workroom supplies (drapery linings, grommets, headings, cushion cores etc.) at a reasonable price. These prices reflect our labour pricing.
