11 What is a Master Plan? A framework organizes the development program around project goals to afford strategic improvements over time. Example of Master Plan Frameworks for the Oregon Convention Center
12 What is a Major Institutional Master Plan? Major Institutional Master Plan Major Institutions such as health care and education facilities must follow a process regulated by the City of Seattle s land use code. The Major Institutional Master Plan lays out a plan for how development will happen over time and address development features such as structure setbacks, height limits, lot coverage, landscaping, open space, parking and transportation.
