Functions: Shut-off: Operating togge which can be dismanted, made of shock resistant pastic with sma projection. Since the togge stop is hidden, there is no danger of injury. Thermometer, retrofittabe by simpy repacing the red cosing cap in the operating togge, see accessories. Draining (0615) Dimensions: Versions with femae thread from DN 10 to DN 50, with drain off from DN 15 to DN 50 and with mae/femae thread from DN 15 to DN 32. Fat-seaing mae thread. Versions with Viega and Mapress press connection from DN 15 to DN 32. 3 Contruction 1. Spinde seaing with two O-ring 2. Soid gunmeta ba Appication Gobo is used as a versatie shut-off eement in pump hot-water heating systems. Thanks to the compact working radius of the operating togge, the Gobo is the idea vave for adjacent instaation on distributors. The heating ba vave prevents heat oss as required by the respective energy saving ordinance. This requirement can be easiy met by the use of heat insuation shes or with straight pipe insuation in view of the tube-shaped vave bodie. The operating togge is ocated outside the heat insuation. The version with mae/femae thread makes it possibe to make a detachabe joint using suitabe IMI eimeier screw connections with a threaded, sodered, weded or press nippe. The mae thread is aso suitabe for the use of other fat seaing screw connections with direct camping or side joint. Press connection Gobo ba vaves with Viega press connection are suitabe for copper pipes conforming to EN 1057 as we as Viega Sanpress stainess stee and Prestabo stee pipes. Ba vaves with Mapress press connection are suitabe for copper pipes conforming to EN A press connections as we as the vave bodies are made of corrosion-resistant, dezincification-free gunmeta. Suitabiity press-fitting toos shoud be verified with the respective manufacturer. We recommend using ony Viega press-fitting jaws to make Viega press connections. A heat transfer medium containing minera ois, or any type of ubricant containing minera oi can have extremey negative effects and usuay ead to the disintegration of EPDM seas.
