1 MANUAL DE INSTALACIÓN Spit Duct Air Conditioner Digita Scro and DC Inverter Commercia Air-conditioner The Digita Scro and DC Inverter share the same indoor units. Thank you very much for purchasing our air conditioner, pease read this manua carefuy and keep it for future reference.

2 CTENTS PAGE Disconnect the power suppy before ceaning and maintenance. Indoor Unit Enough room for instaation and maintenance. The ceiing is horizonta and it can afford the weight of the indoor unit. The air inet and outet are not impeded and does not affected by outdoor air too much. The air fow can reach every part of the room. The connecting pipe and drainpipe can be easiy extracted out. There is no direct radiation from heat source. Outdoor Unit Enough room for instaation and maintenance. The air inet and outet are not impeded and does not affected by outdoor air too much. Dry and we ventiated pace. To insta propery, pease read this manua at first. The air conditioner must be instaed by quaified persons. When instaing the indoor unit or its tubing, pease foow this manua as stricty as possibe. When a the instaation work is finished, pease turn on the power ony after a thorough check. No further announcement if there is any change of this manua caused by product improvement. NOTE The instaor shoud iustrate to users how to correcty use and maintain the air-conditioner, as we as remind users to carefuy read and keep both Instaation Manua and Owner's Manua we. DISPOSAL:Do not dispose this product as unsorted municipa waste. Coection of such waste separatey for specia treatment is necessary. The supporter is fat and horizonta and can afford the weigh of outdoor unit, without noise and vibration. The noise and the outet air wi not infuence your neighbor. No combustibe gas. Pace convenient for piping and wiring. Pease keep away from the foowing paces, or mafunction may be caused.(if unavoidabe, pease consut the professionas): There is minera oi ike the oi of cutting machine. There is much saty air. (Near the coast) There is caustic gas such as sufuric gas. (Near the hotspring.) Factory where the votage fuctuate greaty. In the car or in the cabin. In the kitchen or a pace fu of oi steam. There is strong eectromagnetic wave. There is combustibe gas or materias. There is much evaporating acid or akaine gas. Other specia areas. Notes Before Instaation This appiance is not intended for use by persons (incuding chidren) with reduced physica, sensory or menta capabiities, or ack of esperience and knowedge, uness they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appiance by a person responsibe for their safety. Chidren shoud be supervised to ensure that they do not pay with the appiance. Seect the correct carry-in path. Move this unit as originay packaged as possibe. If the air conditioner is instaed on a meta part of the buiding, it must be eectricay insuated according to the reevant standards to eectrica appiances. instaation manua

3 NOTE Remark per EMC Directive 89/336/EEC Mounting screw For to prevent ficker impressions during the start of the compressor (technica process), foowing instaation conditions appy. The power connection for the air conditioner has to be done at the main power distribution.the distribution has to be of a ow impedance, normay the required impedance reaches at a 32A fusing point. No other equipment has to be connected with this power ine. For detaied instaation acceptance, pease refer to your contract with the power suppier if restrictions do appy for products ike washing m achines, air con ditioners or eectrica ovens. For power detais of the air conditioner, refer to the rating pate of the product. For any question contact your oca deaer. The number bends fewer than 5. 2 Fig.7-6 Fix the main body and the outside frame with the fix board of waist-shape hoe (in two paces). Hang one side of the fix board of the waist-shaped hoe on the hook of the main body. Tighten the other side of the board with screw to the outside frame. Do not et air, dust, or other impurities fa in the pipe system during the time of instaation. The connecting pipe shoud not be instaed unti the indoor and outdoor units have been fixed aready. Keep the connecting pipe dry, and do not et moisture in during instaation. The Procedure of Connecting Pipes Measure the necessary ength of the connecting pipe, and make it by the foowing way. 3 Cut off the surpus part of the board with piers. Connect the indoor unit at first, then the outdoor unit. 4 Bend the top of the broken end. Bend the tubing in proper way. Don,t harm them. NOTE When hanging up the o utside frame with the fix board of waist-shaped hoe and the bet, stick the outside frame tighty to the ceiing and fix it. Fig.7-7 Insta the inner frame on the outside frame (the inverse sequence of unoading the inner frame). 2 3 Daub the surfaces of the fare pipe and the joint nuts with frozen oi, and wrench it for 3~4rounds with hands before fasten the fare nuts. (Refer to Fig.8-) Be sure to use two wrenches simutaneousy when you connect or disconnect the pipes. The stop vave of the outdoor unit shoud be cosed absoutey (as origina state). Every time you connect it, first oosen the nuts at the part of stop vave, then connect the fare pipe immediatey (in 5 minutes). If the nuts have been oosened for a ong time, dusts and other impurities may enter the pipe system and may cause mafunction ater. So pease expe the air out of the pipe with refrigerant before connection. Expe the air (refer to the Expe The Air ) after connecting the refrigerant pipe with the indoor unit and the outdoor unit.then fasten the nuts at the repair-points. Notices For Benabe pipe. The bending ange shoud not exceed 90 Bending position is preferaby in the bendabe pipe. The arger the better it is. Do not bend the pipe more than three times. Bend the connecting pipe of sma wa thickness. Fig.7-8 Cut out a desired concave at the bending part of the insuating pipe. instaation manua

15 Then expose the pipe(cover it with tapes after bending). To prevent coapsing of deforming, pease bend the pipe at its biggest radius. Use bender to get a sma radius pipes. Use the market brass pipe. Be sure to use the same insuating materias when you buy the brass pipe. (More than 9mm thick) Use frozen oi 90 ean crude burr Fig.9- Fig.8- Check a the joints with the eak detector or soap water. When V4+ outdoor unit set the code to be found address non-automaticay, a the indoor units must set the system addresses by remote controer first (For the setting system address of indoor unit which has two or more main boards, it has to separate use the dispay board connected with tencore connecting wire to set the address for each mainboard). The setting of network address is through the communication of indoor and outdoor units, its address is the same as the indoor unit system address, and not need to set separate. Base on different purposes to set the switch codes on the main boards of indoor unit, Once finish the setting, pease cut off the main power, and then switch on the power again. Otherwise, setting functions coud not work.
