This robust, ockabe stee encosure offers safe storage and fast access to essentia documentation such as that required for compiance with BS5839 pt 1. In addition, it provides an idea pace for storage of keys and other documentation reating to your Fire Aarm, Voice Aarm, Disabed Refuge, Nurseca and other ife safety system. 3 EN54-4 Approved Power Suppy Units Power Suppy Units (PSUs) Honeywe s range of PSUs incudes a of the necessary monitoring and standby capabiity demanded by EN54-4. Each unit comes within the same size stee encosure for ease of use, offering 2.5A or 5A aarm capabiity. Each mode has an input that may be used to disabe the battery charging in a fire condition so that the fu output is provided to the driven equipment. This maximises the output current capabiity whist aowing fu monitoring and protection of the outputs. This fexibiity means that the power suppy to offer appropriate standby (e.g. 24 or 72 hours) for the system may be seected. 5 POWER SUPPLY UNITS Transformer Rectifier 24v Door Retainer Power Suppy Units The Transformer Rectifier (TR) range has been specificay designed for fire and access contro appications that require remote contro of the power suppy output. SMS's enhanced TR range of power suppies have been specificay designed for access contro appications that require remote contro of the power suppy output. TR power suppy units are typicay used to power door retainers with a ink to the fire pane in order to switch off the output to the doors upon the activation of a fire aarm. The units have an expanded range of input options which incudes the detection of a normay cosed contact going open to provide a fuy fai safe operation mode.
