4 Background Information June 10, 2010 & February 17, 2011 Board Report(s) Continue to refine scope of work to reconcile budget Anticipated program cost exceeds available budget by +/- $5,900,000 Major budget shortfalls are predominantly related to underfunding of fire alarm systems, tracks, canopy replacements and exterior doors These projections have held true as our budget progress update will confirm
