It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to notify their subcontractors and/or suppliers of the clarifications, modifications, and/or revisions included herein. CIVIL Item C1: Refer to drawings C1 and A2.. ARCHITECTURAL A. Provide and install eight (8) Arborvitaes planted apart around the south, west, and north sides of the electrical transformer located outside Doors 11.1 and 210. Item A1: Reference specification section DOOR HARDWARE included in Addendum No. and attached hardware set. A. Provide hardware set 18 as noted in attachment for Door 100. Item A2: Reference specification section TILE CARPETING and drawing A.0. A. Provide and install the following where MAT is specified in the Roof Finish Schedule. This flooring to be fully adhered and applied to the intermediate landing and abut the Res-1, rubber stair treads/risers. (Note: LVT is specified in section RESILIENT TILE FLOORING.) 2. WALK-OFF CARPET TILE A. Manufacturers: Subject to compliance with requirements, provide products by the following: 1. Shaw Contract Group; a Berkshire Hathaway company. B. Collection: All Access. C. Provide and install a surface-mounted fire extinguisher cabinet and extinguisher on the north wall of Lobby 100 adjacent to Door 100. D. Provide an install a recessed fire extinguisher cabinet and extinguisher in the east wall of Stair 11 adjacent to Door E. Provide and install a surface-mounted fire extinguisher cabinet and extinguisher adjacent to the west exterior door in Exercise 220. F. Clarification: There are two air compressors associated with this job as noted on drawing SP.1. These two units will be piped independently. Plumbing contractor is responsible for layout and installation of air and vacuum piping to be run underground. Refer to drawing SPE.1 for additional information as to what equipment/furniture needs each utility. Pipe these utilities in common trenches shown on architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings as much as possible to eliminate unnecessary cutting and patching. Provide additional cutting and patching as required. ELECTRICAL Item E1: Refer to drawing E.1. END OF ADDENDUM NO. WTA Architects A. Omit general note #2 under DATA PROCESSING NOTES.
