1 Awards and accreditations We are proud of our reputation for delivering high quality, affordable housing and excellent services. Winning 62 design awards in recent years is testament to the high quality standards that One Housing Group applies to all its developments. The reason for this success is that we work with the local environment of each development to build homes that enhance, rather than detract from the landscape. Our development work covers inner city areas, many of which are conservation areas with strict planning requirements; therefore attention to detail and quality of design are paramount. We are delighted to have won the following awards: Sustainable Housing Awards 2014 The transformation award Kidwells estate phase 1 and 2 (finalist) The English Heritage Angel Awards 2014 Recognised for the time, effort and determination of the rescue of Pond House Housing Heroes Awards 2014 Support/ care team of the year finalist Tile House team SLCNG awards 2013 Social Landlords Crime and Nuisance Group Anti-social behaviour Commended British Homes Award 2013 Housing Project - Commended Goldhawk Road Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards 2012 Social Housing Development of the Year - King s Cross Central What House?
