10 << The modernization of the streets in the Baicului area (24 streets) >> The overall objective of the project: The rehabilitation and the modernization of the urban public infrastructure in the Baicului area, District 2 Hall Bucharest for urban development and improving the long-term accessibility and mobility in the area and the living standards of the inhabitants of this area. Specific objective: The modernization of the streets in the Baicului area, especially in the area stretching from Doamna Ghica towards Fundeni Lake, by complex arrangements and asphalt.

12 << The modernization of the streets in the Baicului area (24 streets) >> The project provides the modernization of the 24 streets summing a total length of 3919 m and a road transport surface of 19314,71 square meter, as well as the arranging for 20 side pavements upgraded to the 20 street, with a total length of 3758 m and an area of square meter. 14 << Architectural and landscape planning in the Baicului area >> The overall objective of the project : The rehabilitation and the modernization of the urban public infrastructure in the Baicului area, District 2 Hall Bucharest, by the arrangement of green spaces to urban development and improving the long-term living standard of people in the area Baicului in District 2, Bucharest. The specific objective: The arrangement, landscape and rehabilitation from an architectural point of view of the green spaces in the Baicului area, especially in the area stretching from Doamna Ghica towards Fundeni Lake.
15 The project will be carried out: The architectural arrangement and landscape of sqm area of green spaces; The planting of 338 exemplaries of deciduous trees from 5 different species; The planting of 1873 exemplaries of 9 different species from softwood and deciduous shrubs; 13,298 sqm lawn area; The planting of 977 linear meters of hedges from 3 different species; 240 linear meters of enclosed metal fences; 162 sqm of tiled areas ; 18 spaces for rest and recreation decorated with 18 tables, 36 benches, 105 trash bins; 1483 cubic meters of added fertile topsoil.

21 << Video surveillance system and informational management for improving social safety and preventing criminality in the Baicului area >> Supervised area will be defined between the Heliade între Vii street, Gării Obor Blvd., Baicului street (up to the railway) and Deleanu Draguşin street - Greblei street (up to the Fundeni lakeside). This area has a lot of problems with the delinquency such as robbery, pickpockets, auto theft, destruction of public property, trafficking and drug consumption)

23 << Video surveillance system and informational management for improving social safety and preventing criminality in the Baicului area >> The overall objective of the project : Improving social services in the Baicului area, in the context of sustained and sustainable quality of life and with the purpose to create quality jobs for all. Specific objectives: 1. Increasing social safety and security of the residents from Baicului area by implementing an integrated video surveillance system of the public domain; 2. Efficient crime prevention by improving the screening, detection and countering of criminal activities; 3. Improving the quality of public social services through modernization and computerization of the operational management and of the resources required to combat criminality.
24 << Video surveillance system and informational management for improving social safety and preventing criminality in the Baicului area >> The project consists in the execution of an integrated monitoring system comprised of 47 video cameras and a monitoring station equipped with specific software, placed in the headquarters of District s 2 Local Police located in Pantelimon street no. 27. By implementing this project the general rate of crime in the area is expected to decline by 50%.
25 << Video surveillance system and informational management for improving social safety and preventing criminality in the Baicului area >> By the implementation of this project the entire area in the Baicului neighborhood will be supervised and monitored, organized in a number of 7 zonal objectives and 5 regional objectives of public interest, like as : a school and a kindergarten, the refugee center, Lunca Florilor park, Baicului market complex, Fundeni lake shore.

29 << Creating a public utility park in Ion Creangă neighborhood >> The overall objective of the project: Increasing the quality of life and the degree of social cohesion, by improving urban infrastructure of the District 2 Hall of Bucharest in "Ion Creanga neighborhood area. Specific objective: Improving the degree of environmental protection. Currently, the area, with a surface of 1.96 hectares is abandoned and turned by the population into a storage place of unauthorized waste.
30 << Creating a public utility park in Ion Creangă neighborhood >> By implementation, the entire project area will be rehabilitated, the proposed work consisting in: Rehabilitation of the existing vegetative background and planting of arboretum material in a total area of square meters; Paving alleys with asphalt in a surface of 1796 square meters; Providing the park with quality urban furniture (50 banks); Making landscape planning with a great visually impact ; Facilitating the park with 30 bins of selective collection; Making a solar powered lighting installation in the length of 2 Km; Creating an automated irrigation network that will achieve the irrigation of square meters ; Making playgrounds; Making recreation areas; Making tracks for cyclists; Installing 4 electronic info kiosks and 4 information boards

36 << Video surveillance system and the management of the information for safety improving and for prevent the criminally in the Creanga area >> By the implementation of this project the entire area of Ion Creanga neighborhood will be supervised and video monitored, the area being organized in 4 zonal objectives and 7 local objectives of public interest: School No.32, School No. 41, Victor Babes High School Europe market s adjacent streets CARREFOUR supremarket s adjacent streets, Fundeni Park area, Fundeni Hospital s adjacent streets.

42 << Educational projects submitted to ROP funding, in various stages of implementation >> Rehabilitation, modernization and equipping of preuniversity education facilities from District 2. - The program follows to improve the educational infrastructure of District 2 by consolidation, modernization and equipping of some schools. - It was considered to respect all the requirements of strength, stability, operational fire safety, hygiene and human health, energy saving and environmental protection for the buildings in which schools operate.
43 - The quality of the education process will be increased by reorganizing the educational spaces (creating specialized laboratories ) equipped with modern didactic equipments as well as last generation IT equipment ( computers, video projectors, documentary rooms, interactive whiteboards, teaching materials) contributing to the expansion of the modern education concept. - The project contributes at ensuring chance equality in accessing the educational services following the creation of specific facilities for people with disabilities.

45 Overall objective of the project: Improving the quality of the educational infrastrucutre and equipping the schools to provide an educational process in accordance with the European standards. Specific objectives: - Rehabilitation, modernization and equipping the Iulia Haşdeu National College of District 2. - Improving the quality of the educational process in District 2. - Connecting to the high-speed Internet network - A positive impact concerning the reduced school abbandonment degree. - Equipping the school facilities with modern teaching equipment. - Creating new computer labs and laboratories of various specializations.
46 The project consists of: Consolidation works, thermic rehabilitation including changing the roof, upgrading the existing building in surface area of 6150 square meters, semi-basement +ground floor + floor+ entresol. The extension to the existing building in a surface area of 465 square meters, semi-basement +ground floor + floor+ entresol. Providing with educational equipment (consisting of lockers, cloakroom, benches, tables, chairs, bookshelves, furniture for medicine cabinet, washing machines - 8 pcs., refrigerators - 3 pcs.) total value: about EUROS Creating new computer labs as well as equipped the specialized laboratories with last generation IT equipment (consisting in 182 computers, 23 video-projectors, 23 laptops) total value: about EUROS Connecting to the high-speed Internet network

48 Overall objective of the project: Consists in modernizing and upgrading the quality of the facilities at Rosetti high school education located in District 2, Bucharest, one of the prestigious colleges in the country s capital city and bringing it to the peak level of the current period. Specific objectives: - Rehabilitation, modernization and equipping for the C.A. Rosetti High School located in District 2 Bucharest. - Completing the infrastructure, so as the high school has all the necessary facilities to allow a modern educational process. - Reduce operating costs by using renewable energy. - Completing the equipments with educational equipments.
49 The project consists in : Thermic rehabilitation of the main building of the school. Extending of the main building of high school by building a gym suitable for a modern educational process (with a total surface area of 1410 square meters and a height of 7 m). Modernizing the room in which curricular activities occur related to the assimilation of national and european culture / educational facilities. Building a own system for generating electricity by photovoltaic converting solar energy with an installed power capacity of kw. The school will ensure itself with a major part of electricity consumption from own resources (37% of energy consumption).
50 Educational facilities: - 10 rooms for documents (high resolution webcam which allows the teacher to present what is written, drawn or photographed on a page of paper) - 15 simultaneous assessment systems ( consists in a computer, a receiver and a remote for each student)

52 The overall objective of the project Improving the quality of education infrastructure, of equipments and the housing structures for the students of A. D. Xenopol Economics College. Specific objectives: - Ensuring an adequate infrastructure for the development of the educational process. - Building new educational facilities and providing them with adequate equipment. - Improving the educational infrastructure with the purpose to facilitate integration in the education process of some vulnerable social groups.

The institution will be equipped with last generation IT equipment as well as other related equipment strictly necessary to the educational activity in total value of EURO

56 The overall objective Rehabilitation and modernization of pre-university education facilities to improve the quality of education and human capital development. Specific objectives: - Rehabilitation of the "Dimitrie Leonida" Technical College and the development of pre-university campus of this school. - Improving the quality of education in District 2 Bucharest. - Positive impact on reducing the level of school abbandonment - Increasing energy efficiency in average by 130%, after implemetion of the thermosystem. -Connect to the high speed internet network.
57 The project consists of: Coordinated rehabilitation of the built fund by strengthening the existing structure as well as restoring the finishes and the installations to bring the buildings to operate in accordance with the appropriate safety standards. Rearranging of the exterior spaces by creating a sports field with synthetic turf and lighting installation. Objects: - Building Workshops - Old school building - New school building - Building cafeteria Works: - Strengthening the structure - Installing thermosystem and facade rehabilitation - Terraces restoration - Floor restoration
58 - Access for the disabled persons by placing ramps and lifting platforms for stairs. - The indoor and outdoor carpentry will be replaced. - The finishes will be fully restored. - Re-functionalization for the cafeteria building by reusing the space and building a gym and a space with primary destination Adult Education Centre". - Restoration of the wiring, heating, water, sewerage, lighting. - A new transformer station, video surveillance installation, sound installation, air conditioning installation with automatic regulation will be created.
