2 Guidelines for Completion of Health & Safety Audit This Health and Safety Audit covers a 12 month period. Audits are carried out quarterly, during March, June, September and December by Registered Manager and/or Deputy Network Manager. Each area is audited and either the P or F column ticked (pass or fail standard). The initials of the person responsible for carrying out any identified actions are inserted under PR. Conservatories are audited as a separate room and details can be recorded either in a lounge section or under Extra rooms/areas. Comments and recommendation sheets are at the end of the book. These should be used to expand on issues and record progress. Page 2 of 28
