SERVICES Both the Farmhouse and Cottage are connected to mains electricity and mains water with drainage to septic tank drainage systems. Heating is provided to both dwellings by oil fired central heating systems. ACCESS Access to the main parking area is directly off Swan Lane in the north-western corner. Swan Lane, as far as we are aware, is a publicly adopted highway. There is a secondary access through a double gated entrance onto Swan Lane in the north-eastern corner.
